7 Week program taking you through various meditations, mindfulness exercises and mindfulness meditations.
This 7 week program is open to all levels from beginners to seasoned meditators - making time for you each week and prioritising your mental health IS IMPORTANT.
What is included in this package:

Thursday 9th Sept 10am - 12pm
2 Hour Workshop suitable for Beginners.
What we will be covering in this event:
Posture, Distractions, Journalling plus experiencing 3 different meditations.
£25 to attend this two hour workshop.
It takes patience, time and training to master meditation on any level. Wherever you are on your meditation journey, whether new to the practice or a seasoned meditator, these personalised sessions are all about you.
You are welcome to book a one off hour but we recommend a course (dependant on your level of knowledge) to truly benefit from these sessions.
New to Meditation - Step by step support and guidance to enable you to incorporate meditation into your daily life - as with the beginners meditation course, but on a one to one basis.
Recommended block of five sessions - £250 (£50 per 1 hour session)*
Meditate but feel stuck - A review of your current meditation approach and areas you are experiencing problems. Together we ‘ll work on removing blocks to allow you to progress with your continuing practice.
Recommended block of three sessions - £150 (£50 per 1 hour session)*
Delve deeper - An eight week Mindfulness & Meditation program. Learn all the fundamentals to allow you to practice meditation (as per the beginners course above), as well as further techniques and guidance to help you experience a deeper level of meditation.
Eight Week Mindfulness & Meditation course - £400 (£50 per 1 hour session)*
One off hour for any of the above - £60
* Discounted block sessions will need to be paid for in advance.
Just as we are all unique, our meditation journeys are too, there is no right or wrong - but with guidance and support you will find your way.

Driving from Buckingham, the journey should take approx 20 minutes. Drive through Padbury and Winslow, upon exiting Winslow take the Swanbourne turning on the left (on the corner) and follow the road into Swanbourne. In Swanbourne, Station road is the second junction on the left. Keep driving down Station Road for approx 0.5 miles until you see Dodley Farm on your left and Place Eight is the next driveway, in Dodley Barns. Please leave extra time to locate us, if you haven't visited us before.

Your own Yoga mat, a pillow to sit on or to rest your head on.
Eye pillow or scarf to gently rest over your eyes. (This is your choice, I don't like anything over my eyes but you might.)
